Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aurix (“the Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and OOm Pte Ltd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).

2. Description of Service

Aurix is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables users to automate conversations, generate responses, and manage customer interactions across multiple channels. The Service may include integrations, APIs, dashboards, and related AI features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, harassment, or deceptive practices.
  • Distribute malicious code or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
  • Use AI outputs to produce or disseminate harmful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • Resell, lease, or sublicense the Service without prior written consent.
  • Train competing AI models using outputs generated by this Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • The Service generates responses using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, we do not guarantee the correctness, legality, or reliability of AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before using it for business or public communication.
  • We disclaim all liability for damages arising from reliance on AI outputs.

7. AI Compliance and Responsible Use

You acknowledge that the Service leverages artificial intelligence technologies and agree to

use them responsibly and lawfully.

7.1 User Obligations

You agree:

  • Not to use AI-generated outputs to mislead, impersonate, or defraud individuals or entities.
  • Not to use AI outputs to generate or spread disinformation, hate speech, or content
  • that violates applicable laws or social media platform rules.
  • To disclose clearly, where appropriate, that content or interactions are AI-generated when required by law or ethical guidelines.
  • To ensure that any personal data submitted to the Service has been collected and processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., Singapore PDPA, GDPR).

7.2 Prohibited AI Use Cases

You may not use the Service to:

  • Create, promote, or distribute deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive.
  • Generate or process data in violation of intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality obligations.
  • Develop or train external AI systems using our outputs, models, or APIs without written consent.
  • Automate decisions that have legal or significant effects on individuals (e.g., credit scoring, hiring) without human oversight.

7.3 Transparency & Oversight

You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, bias, or incomplete information.
  • You are solely responsible for implementing appropriate human review and validation
  • processes before deploying AI-generated content in production or client-facing environments.
  • We may implement automated monitoring and moderation systems to ensure
  • responsible AI use, and may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

7.4 Audit and Enforcement

We reserve the right to audit usage logs or request compliance documentation where required to investigate suspected violations of AI usage policies. Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination or legal action.

8. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process limited data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our “Privacy Policy” , which explains how data is collected, stored, and shared. You retain ownership of your uploaded data. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, and analyze such data for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not use customer data to train public AI models unless explicitly permitted.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
  • Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are defined at checkout or in your service agreement.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, algorithms, UI, trademarks) belong to OOm Pte Ltd.
  • You retain all rights to your data and chatbot configurations.
  • You may not copy, decompile, or modify the Service without written permission.

11. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may connect with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram).

  • We are not responsible for any downtime, data loss, or policy violations resulting from these integrations.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or suspected misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OOm Pte Ltd and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
